This French-owned global consumer goods manufacturing company was unhappy with plant relations in the United States. The French CEO wanted a confidential assessment of the pros/cons of relocating a highly sensitive manufacturing operation.

The Approach:

  • Assessed the skill set, work ethic and workforce morale in existing plant

  • Researched optimal sites for relocating based on skills, infrastructure required

  • Conducted due diligence on similar relocations and results

  • Identified the true overall "costs" of relocation

The Result:

CEO accepted the recommendation and requested additional assistance with process improvement, training and employee development.
