This Japanese consumer goods manufacturing company wanted to double its sales in the U.S. and become a billion-dollar subsidiary. The CEO also wanted to understand where the company ranked compared to its competitors, increase profit, develop a senior management team, identify and develop his heir-apparent, and establish a Strategic Plan to accomplish these goals.

  • Developed an easy-to-understand dashboard for the CEO to measure success

  • Spearheaded recruiting efforts to hire a couple key senior executives

  • Worked with senior management to development a distribution strategy

  • Led process improvement and systems development initiatives to support growth

Working alongside the CEO, accomplished all the strategic goals laid out and they are currently $1.6 billion in sales.
